Cygnet are pleased to announce that our SIMS Support team recently achieved Re-accreditation with Capita Children’s Services, enabling us to continue to offer a best in class, fully Capita accredited, SIMS support service. We are extremely proud of our service which, through Capita’s own independent customer survey, achieved an overall service quality rating of 5.5 out of 6, judged by Capita to be “a very good level of service”. Incidentally, for overall customer service we scored 5.7 out of 6 proving our ongoing commitment to politeness, helpfulness and staff approachability. Capita visited our offices on the 19th March to present us with our award.
